All course fees are clearly stated in your service agreement. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your contract. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and credit cards.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts or through arbitration as specified in your service agreement.

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of course commencement and before any training has been performed
Partial Service: 70% refund if cancelled after initial consultation but before course activities begin

Force Majeure: Refund consideration for circumstances beyond our control

Services where client provides false information
To request a refund:
Submit a written refund request within 30 days of service completion
Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
Include any supporting documentation
Allow 5-10 business days for processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
